The San Francisco Public Works department is seeking to establish up to three master agreements with pre-qualified environmental consulting firms or joint ventures through a Request for Qualifications process. These agreements will support on-demand environmental services such as assessments, regulatory negotiations, risk evaluations, water and air quality analyses, hazardous materials management, and site remediation over a five-year period, with task orders issued primarily during the first four years. Each contract will have a maximum value of $1.5 million, and proposers may submit proposals for multiple RFQs but will only be awarded one contract, although they can serve as subconsultants on multiple teams.
