Data Mining, Capture and Access

Solicitation FA4600-16-R-0020 is a 100 percent small business set-aside contract for Data Mining, Capture and Access services supporting the USSTRATCOM Wargame Center at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The primary objective is to provide visually fused situational awareness and data aggregation services across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks, including support for the Commander's Decision Support Visualization Initiative. The contract structure consists of a base period and four option years, with an additional six-month extension possibility, utilizing a mix of Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable pricing for labor, travel, and data requirements. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, the contract requires a Top Secret facility clearance and safeguarding level, with specific access requirements for COMSEC and Restricted Data. All work is required to be performed onsite. Contractor performance is monitored through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and various Contract Data Requirements List deliverables, including quarterly progress reports, quality assurance program plans, and expenditure reports.
