The system must meet Impact Level 5 and 6 security standards, comply with NIST SP 800-53 and OGC standards, and target a Technology Readiness Level of 7 or greater. This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals; currently, no funds are available for this effort. Interested vendors must submit unclassified responses by 1700 EST on October 30, 2026, via the designated portal.
