NASA invites industry partners to participate in a One-on-One Reverse Industry Day for the NASA Flown Space Vehicle (FSV) Multimodal Transportation (MMT) Multiple Award (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The purpose of these One-on-One sessions is to gather feedback from industry partners to assist NASA in developing acquisition strategies for a possible future long-term enterprise capability of multimodal transportation projects across the agency.   


This Reverse Industry Day Event is for market research purposes only in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 - Market Research. Participation is voluntary. All costs associated with attendance or travel and preparation of capability statements shall be at the Contractor’s expense and no reimbursement will be provided by the Government. 


To facilitate interactive communication with industry, NASA’s Subject Matter Experts will be available for one-on-one meetings virtually with individual companies.   


 
The meetings are intended to be a Question and Answers (Q&A) session, in which neither side will make a formal presentation.  NASA’s questions are provided via attachment to this posting. This event aims to enhance collaboration, share insights, and gather feedback from industry experts to support NASA's mission.

•   Location: 
                   Virtual – Microsoft Teams link will be provided with RSVP Confirmation  
•   RSVP One-on-One with responses No Later Than 11:00 AM CST May 26, 2026.

  •    Be an active registrant in SAM.gov 

  •    RSVP One-on-One No Later Than 11:00 AM CST May 26, 2026, with the following information provided: 

  •    Name of Company 

  •    Unique Entity ID (UEI) 

  •    Size Standard  

  •    Socioeconomic Status if applicable  

  •    Names of attendees (Limited to no more than 4) 

  •    Email and phone numbers of attendees

Your comments are requested on the clarity of the tasks, the evaluation criteria, and the completeness of the proposal preparation instructions. This feedback will be instrumental in creating a fair and competitive environment for the final solicitation.


This DRFP has a Question and Comment period ending April 9, 2026, and NASA intends to hold a Pre-Solicitation Conference in late April 2026. NASA may hold additional conferences or exchanges depending on industry feedback. This posting will be updated with finalized dates once they have been set.
