This DRAFT solicitation is a request for contractor information. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone and the Ft. Rucker Aviation Maintenance Services Contracing Officer are looking for input from contractors who anticipate submitting a proposal on this effort once the solicitation is released. Specifically, we are interested in the thoughts, comments, and suggestions on the attached CLIN structure (Attachment 0002 and Attachment 0003). At this time, the attached is all the Contracting Officer is prepared to release. Further, the requested interaction isn't intended to be a detailed Q&A session of the solicitation. This is your opportunity to help shape the CLIN structure and contract type. Attachment 0001 and Attachment 0017 are the latest DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements for the Army and the Air Force respectively. The Contracting Officer anticipates a more detailed DRAFT solicitation release in Q3/Q4_FY16 and is targeting official solicitation release in Q1_FY17. How to Comment: Please place all correspondence (thoughts, comments, and suggestions) on Attachment 0004 Ft Rucker AMSC RFP_QandA(Add_Company_Name_Here).xlsx. There are two tabs in this spreadsheet. The first tab requests contractor information, the second helps the contracting officer to funnel questions to the correct POC and provides a single standardized interface to facilitate comments and questions throughout the competition.
