The Department of the Navy is releasing this draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the BQM-34S Engine Repair, Overhaul, and Conversion requirement to gather industry feedback, questions, and recommendations. 


This is NOT a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). No proposals are being requested, and the Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. 


FEEDBACK INSTRUCTIONS: Please review the SOW and submit all feedback, suggestions, or questions utilizing the provided format to the Contract Specialist, Nikolas Kokolios at nikolas.a.kokolios.civ@us.navy.mil, or the Contracting Officer, Marianne Wild at marianne.g.wild.civ@us.navy.mil no later than Friday, 23 October 2026, at 14:00 (2:00 PM) EST.
