Provide Draft Bulkhead Replacement for the Philpott Dam and Powerhouse, Basset, VA. Work includes but is not limited: a. Fabrication, painting, delivery, installation and testing of one new set of draft bulkheads with new seals. One individual bulkhead is required per slot and two slots are required to unwater a unit.
