SYNOPSIS: THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This project is to furnish all labor, tools, equipment and material to perform the following tasks: Dredge the boat basin by hydraulic means to design depth of elevation (-) 7.66' Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW). The estimated base bid quantity of dredge material to be removed is 4,138 cubic yards. Transport the dredge sediment by hydraulic pipeline to the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) Dredged Material Management Area (MSA 434/434C South) on Rattlesnake Island. The performance period will be 90 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $33.5 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
