SYNOPSIS: THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ************************************************************************************************************************************** THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE TO IDENTIFY INTERESTED CONTRACTORS TO DETERMINE THE SET-ASIDE: ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** This project is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to dredge and dispose of sediment from the Dredge Boat Basin at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Dulac, Louisiana. The work includes but not limited to the following: Conduct a pre and post - dredge hydrographic survey of the boat basin, dredge the boat basin and access channel indicated by hydraulic means to design depth of elevation (-) 10.0 MLLW +(-) 1.0'overdredge and coordinate use of the earthen plug on the property of the Harry Bourg Corporation for sediment placement. All work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work. The performance period will be 90 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2016 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $27.5 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
