DRESSING, OCCLUSIVE, ADHESIVE

This contract is for the procurement of Tegaderm IV occlusive adhesive dressings, specifically clear dressings measuring 10 cm wide by 12 cm long with a 1.27 cm frame. The items are to be supplied in packages of 50 units, with a total quantity of 3 packages required for delivery to Fort Bliss within 20 days after receipt of order. The dressings must have a non-extendable shelf life of 36 months, and no more than 5 months may have elapsed from the date of manufacture to the date of delivery to the government. All packaging must comply with DLA requirements and include the manufacturer date, expiration or retest date, and the contract or lot number.
