The Air National Guard is seeking a rapidly deployable, autonomous drone detection system under a total small business set-aside solicitation numbered W50S8N26QA020, with responses due by 2:00 p.m. eastern on June 29, 2026. This RFQ is issued under NAICS code 334511, with a small business size standard of 1,350 employees, and award will be made based solely on lowest price. The system, designated as CLIN 0001, must provide wide-area, persistent detection and tracking of low-altitude, low-RCS, slow-moving small UAS threats in support of domestic operations, homeland defense, defense support of civil authorities, base defense, critical infrastructure protection, and agile combat employment. The system must utilize passive or low-emission sensors such as radio frequency, electro-optical/infrared, or acoustics to avoid electromagnetic interference and operate effectively in RF-congested urban environments without relying on cloud connectivity, ensuring functionality during degraded communications or disaster scenarios. It must deliver real-time classification of threats as bird, drone, or clutter at the sensor level and provide operators with a common operating picture displaying real-time location, altitude, and historical track data via a secure interface integrated directly into the Base Defense Operations Center. The solution must offer a non-proprietary open API and seamlessly integrate with existing Air Force command and control and counter-drone architectures including TAC, Lattice, and SAPIENT. The system is to be delivered by September 30, 2026, to the 174th Attack Wing in Syracuse, New York, with FOB destination terms requiring the contractor to cover all transportation costs. Compliance with MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-129 for unique item identification, machine-readable marking, and shipment labeling is mandatory, as is adherence to DFARS cybersecurity requirements including NIST SP 800-171 and safeguarding covered defense information.
