The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the incineration of drugs collected during the National Take Back Initiative (NTBI). In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Veolia ES Technical Solutions LLC, as they are the only local source authorized by the proper state and federal permits to dispose of these materials via incineration. A Limited Sources Justification is approved and on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted to Alexis.Patillo@usdoj.gov no later than March 22, 2018 by 11:00 a.m. EST.
