DRY CARGO VOYAGE CHARTER

The U.S. Navy, through the Mschq Norfolk office of the Department of Defense, is conducting market research under solicitation number N32205-SS-N321-26-135 to identify qualified providers of dry cargo voyage charter services using roll-on/roll-off (RO/RO) vessels capable of transporting at least 45,000 square feet of military cargo, including tracked and wheeled vehicles and breakbulk, such as the HEMMT 15X weighing 21 tons and measuring 401 inches long by 96 inches wide by 112 inches high.
