DTA PIF Raw Materials (Ferrous and Non-Ferrous)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal is soliciting Blanket Purchase Agreements for ferrous and non-ferrous raw materials including steel, aluminum, copper, and brass to support the Detroit Arsenal Prototype Integration Facility in Warren, Michigan. The solicitation, identified as W912CH-26-A-GP01, was posted on June 4, 2026, with responses due by June 19, 2026, and will result in the award of Firm Fixed Price BPAs valid for up to five years. Offerors must supply specific grades of materials such as 1008-1020, A36, 300 series and 17-4 PH stainless steel, 5000 and 6000 series aluminum, along with copper and brass in sheet, plate, and structural shapes, all of which must not be produced in China or Russia.
