We can also see Notes 1 & 2 on Table "A" that date for every delivery, but the owner can request to advance or delay the order.All other information remains the same********Amendment #1*****Please be advised this Invitation to Tender (ITT) document has been amended for administrative purposes only.All other information remains the same.***SCOPEThis Estimated Quantity Contract is for the supply and delivery of dual-coated glass beads to the New Brunswick Department of Transportation, the Nova Scotia Public Works, the Halifax Regional Municipality, City of Saint John, City of Fredericton, City of Moncton, Village De Dieppe.This contract shall be in effect from contract award to March 31, 2027, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year, if mutually agreed to by N.B.D.T.I. and N.S.D.T.I. and the successful bidder. This option must be exercised no later than January 11, 2027. If not mutually agreed by this date, the option for a second year may be withdrawn.AWARD CRITERIA AND PRICINGThe contract will be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest compliant bid for Dual-Coated Glass Beads--to include shipping and delivery--which meets all requirements detailed within the Specification attached to this Invitation to Tender.Bidders must bid upon ALL Items to be considered for contract award.Partial bids will NOT be accepted. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' should NOT include taxes.
