SCOPEThis Estimated Quantity Contract is for the supply and delivery of dual-coated glass beads to the New Brunswick Department of Transportation, the Nova Scotia Public Works, the Halifax Regional Municipality, City of Saint John, City of Fredericton, City of Moncton, Village De Dieppe.This contract shall be in effect from contract award to March 31, 2027 with the option to extend for one (1) additional year, if mutually agreed to by N.B.D.T.I. and N.S.D.T.I. and the successful bidder. This option must be exercised no later than January 11, 2027. If not mutually agreed by this date, the option for a second year is withdrawn.AWARD CRITERIA AND PRICINGThe contract will be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest Unit Price Bid for Dual-Coated Glass Beads--to include shipping and delivery--which meets all requirements detailed within the Specification attached to this Invitation to Tender.Bidders must bid upon ALL Items to be considered for contract award.Partial bids will NOT be accepted. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' should NOT include taxes.
