This is a combined synopsis solicitation for DUAL ELEMENT FILTERS


Required:


  1. Return the RFQ (broken down per CLIN), ALL PAGES
  2. Fill-in all areas of the RFQ (including blank spaces within Provisions/Clauses).
  3. The CORPORATE EXPERIENCE DATA SHEET must be filled-out and returned with the RFQ.

Optional:  Your internal company quote may be submitted with the RFQ IF you choose.  It is not a requirement.
