All services must comply with NFPA standards, the Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Safety Code, and the Massachusetts State Building Code. Interested bidders must submit their proposals by November 6, 2026. A complete submission requires a detailed bid sheet with a fee-for-services cost breakdown, a proposed service schedule, all relevant Massachusetts licenses and credentials, and a full suite of administrative documentation including a SAM.gov UEI number, active registration confirmation, W-9, business licenses, and certificates of insurance. Award decisions will be based on the best overall value to ETR rather than the lowest bid.
