Solicitation FA3016-16-N-0188 is a combined synopsis and request for quote issued by the 502nd Contracting Squadron of the Department of Defense. The requirement is for Dundas Dashboard software subscriptions to support the Medical Education and Training Campus at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This is a brand-name requirement designated as a 100 percent small business set-aside under NAICS code 511210 for Software Publishers. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract consisting of one base year and four option years, covering developer, server, and viewer subscriptions. The procurement process utilizes the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation framework. Due to Dundas Data Visualization, Inc. being the sole manufacturer, the use of a single source is justified to avoid substantial duplication of costs, unacceptable delays, and the loss of information assurance compliance. All quotes must be submitted by small business concerns to be considered for award, and bidders are required to adhere to the specific quotation requirements and evaluation factors outlined in the solicitation and its subsequent amendments.
