This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 20080513, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2008-0605. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4855-09-Q-0037 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 424610 Plastics Materials and Basic Forms and Shapes Merchant Wholesalers. This solicitation is for the procurement of: Black Dunnage 128 (EA) Specifications: 8 inch x 8 inch x 9 foot; Black composite dunnage 128 (EA) NOTE: Any offer submitted as an Equal must include required documentation in accordance with FAR Provision 52.211-6, Brand name or Equal. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Item The following addendum is provided to the provision: The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be based on All or None and Best Value to the Government. Best value can include but is not limited to price, delivery date, and technical capability.
