Solicitation # N0010426QNF39
This fixed-price solicitation, issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, seeks a contractor for the teardown, evaluation, and repair of an Acoustic Module and a Power Supply. The government will make a single award based on the most advantageous offer, prioritizing past performance over price. Key requirements include a 120-day window for the contractor to complete the teardown and evaluation (TD&E) and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for the full repair effort. The requested repair turn-around time (RTAT) is 467 days, and failure to meet this timeline will result in a per-unit price reduction. The contract mandates strict adherence to quality and safety standards, including electrostatic discharge control per ANSI/ESD S20.20 and a total prohibition of metallic mercury contamination. All items must be marked and packaged according to MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-2073, with specific requirements for item unique identification and shelf-life markings. Offerors who are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) must provide a signed letter of authorization from the OEM. Administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system for invoicing and mandatory reporting through the Commercial Asset Visibility Repairables Portal (CAV RP). The contract also includes an option for the government to increase the quantity by up to 100% within 365 days.

TRANSPONDER, SONAR
Solicitation # SPE4A7-26-T-797Z
Solicitation SPE4A7-26-T-797Z is a fixed-price request for quotations issued by DLA Aviation for the procurement of sonar transponders, identified by NSN 5845015442032. The requirement consists of two primary delivery quantities: 25 units for DLA Distribution San Diego and 75 units for DLA Distribution Warner Robins, totaling 100 units. The procurement includes a mandatory Government First Article Test (FAT) requirement, which precludes the use of automated awards. Delivery is specified as FOB Destination with a requested need ship date of March 16, 2027, and an original required delivery date of September 27, 2027. The contract imposes stringent quality and safety standards, requiring the manufacturer's inspection system to comply with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001. Because the items contain lithium batteries with a six-year life, they are classified as hazardous materials, requiring compliance with IP025, the Hazard Communication Standard, and the submission of approved Safety Data Sheets and hazard labels prior to award. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, with a strict requirement for original manufacturer unit packaging and a prohibition on repackaging. Additionally, the contractor must provide a CMMC Level 2 Self-Assessment and comply with various DFARS regulations regarding cybersecurity, domestic material restrictions, and the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for electronic invoicing.
