The USCG SFLC anticipates awarding a five-year (5 Ordering Periods) requirements type contract with Economic Price Adjustment to procure Duramax Marine, LLC propulsion shaft bearing assemblies and associated components in support of the 154’ Waterways Patrol Craft Coast Guard vessels.  Duramax Marine, LLC is the OEM and only manufacturer that supplies the propulsion shaft bearing assemblies and associated components listed in this requirement.  The USCG SFLC anticipates awarding a five-year (5 Ordering Periods) requirements type contract with Economic Price Adjustment to procure Duramax Marine, LLC propulsion shaft bearing assemblies and associated components in support of the 154’ Waterways Patrol Craft Coast Guard vessels.  Duramax Marine, LLC is the OEM and only manufacturer that supplies the propulsion shaft bearing assemblies and associated components listed in this requirement. The bearing assemblies or associated components are standard throughout the 154’ WPC fleet and are critical to the propulsion shaft drive line and vessel operations. Onsite quality assurance inspection by USCG SFLC quality assurance (QA) personnel will be required prior to shipping to verify contract compliance.

ii. Part No. 80920203000002, NSN 2010-01-605-8113 – 154’ WPC Forward Stave Bearing Assembly, MIL-DTL-17901C Class III, Type MOD, Radius backed, Romor assembly to suit 8” Journal Diameter. Used as part of the propulsion shaft system on the 154’ WPC vessels.
iii. Part No. 80920203000003, NSN 3120-01-605-7400 – Parts Kit, Forward Stave Bearing consisting of part numbers: 80920203000001-1 (Qty 2), 80920203000001-3 (Qty 2) and 80920203000001-2 (Qty 8). Used as part of the propulsion shaft system on the 154’ WPC vessels.
