Solicitation # FA466126Q0106
Solicitation FA466126Q0106 is a request for quotes for sports officiating services at the Dyess Air Force Base Fitness Center in Texas. The government seeks a contractor to provide qualified officials and scorekeepers for basketball, flag football, volleyball, softball, and soccer. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price award, structured with a base year and four option periods. This opportunity is a Total Small Business Set Aside, and all offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management. Notably, this solicitation is issued with a notice that funds are not presently available, making the government's obligation contingent upon the appropriation of funds. The award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. Technical evaluations are conducted on a pass/fail basis, focusing on personnel qualifications, specific certifications from bodies such as NCAA, FIFA, and USAV, and a comprehensive management and staffing plan. Once technical acceptability is confirmed, the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror with the lowest Total Evaluated Price.
