Full Description
This is a presolicitation notice of intent to award a sole-source contract. This is not a solicitation for a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment, implied or otherwise, that AFTC/PZZF will take procurement action in this matter. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this posting. The purpose of this notification is to inform industry of the Government's intent and to gain knowledge of other potentially qualified sources.
The Air Force Test Center (AFTC/PZZF) at Edwards AFB intends to issue a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. (SBIR), CAGE: 0B0B2, located in Santa Barbara, CA. This action is pursued under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."

The Government requires a fully integrated, turnkey radiometric test station to support the 775th Test Squadron's OPTICAMS Improvement & Modernization Project.
Submission Information:
There are no solicitation documents available. However, any responsible source that believes it can meet the Government's requirement for a 100% interoperable, follow-on solution may submit a complete technical package providing clear and convincing evidence of their capabilities. The response must allow the Government to evaluate the offeror's ability to meet the requirement without causing unacceptable schedule delays or substantial duplication of cost.
All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the Government to make a determination.
