E-4B National and Nuclear Communication Support (N2CS) Services

Strategic Mission Systems LLC has been awarded a sole-source, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum ceiling of $984,000,000 for E-4B National and Nuclear Communication Support services, tasked with sustaining and modernizing the E-4B mission systems through its planned retirement. The contract, issued under FAR 6.302-1, is managed by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Tinker Air Force Base and will be performed across multiple locations including Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; San Antonio, Texas; and Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, with a performance period extending through June 24, 2037. At the time of award, $24,866,449 in fiscal year 2026 operations and maintenance funds were obligated, though all line items are priced as “to be negotiated” or “not separately priced,” with no base or option values specified beyond the overall ceiling.
