HOSE ASSY,20 FT
Solicitation # N0010426QAB89
This contract pertains to the manufacture of two hose assemblies, specifically the 20-foot and 30-foot variants identified by part numbers HC-7320 and HC-7330 respectively, each with their designated CAGE codes. Both items must strictly conform to specified military standards for design, materials, and physical characteristics. Marking must adhere to MIL-STD-130, MIL-STD-1285, MIL-STD-454, and MIL-P-15024/5 as applicable, while configuration control follows MIL-STD-973, requiring formal submission of engineering changes, deviations, and waivers to NAVICP-MECH in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The contractor bears full responsibility for quality assurance, including internal inspections and recordkeeping for at least one year after final delivery; the Government retains the right to inspect at any time. Packaging and preservation must comply with MIL-STD-2073, and delivery is required within 90 days of award. The contract is issued under a total small business set-aside, and award will be based on overall contract price rather than individual item pricing. The procurement is governed by strict sourcing controls, allowing only vendors listed on the Source Control Drawing to be awarded unless a substitute item undergoes prior testing and formal approval by NAVICP. Commercial brand name descriptions are accepted, but alternate proposals must include complete technical documentation for evaluation. All contractual documents are considered officially issued upon electronic transmission or mail delivery. Compliance with cybersecurity maturity model certification is required, and the contract includes a priority rating for national defense use. Payment instructions are processed through Wide Area Workflow, with invoicing linked to inspection and acceptance at the source. Contact for inquiries is Amanda R. Hayward via email or phone, and all requests for controlled or restricted documents must follow designated routing procedures through Defense Contract Management Command or the cognizant contracting officer.
