It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to purchase E-Waste Recycling, Media Sanitization Services and Recycling of Lamps & Fluorescent Lamp Ballasts in accordance with Section 2 and the PHL Contracts Items Tab for this Invitation and Bid. All quotes must be submitted through PHL Contracts no later than 10:30 AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will not be accepted after the bid opening. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the quote is submitted in a timely manner
