Replace main water pipes near the womble gate area. Desired Completion Date: FY 25, Q3 2)Fund Source: CNIC ST FUND 3)Supported Customer: N/A 4)When funds will be available (If Customer Fund): N/A 5)Work Priority: Pri-1 6)Plant Replacement Value (PRV): N/A 1. Scope of Work: a. Excavate road b. Install new 350mm pipes (approx 95m) c. Perform leak test and disinfection of new water line. d. Remove the current drinking water pipes e. Restore soil and pave the road. 2. Justification / Reason: The pipes were installed in 1971 and they have been deteriorated. 3. Recommendation / Information / Special Requirements: a. DD1391 is not required.
