E2 (UEM) YSK-5003 REPLACE UNDERGROUND SEWAGE PIPE

The Department of the Navy, through Navfac Far East, is seeking the replacement of approximately 45 meters of underground sewage pipe located in front of Building 5003. This project is necessitated by damage that occurred in July 2023, which resulted in a road cave-in. While temporary restoration was previously completed by PRY 31, the aging infrastructure poses a continued risk of further road failure, making the full replacement and main restoration an urgent requirement. This opportunity is currently listed as a forecast with a posted date of July 2, 2026. The primary objective is to ensure the long-term stability of the area and the functionality of the sewage system to prevent future infrastructure collapses.
