Project Title: : (UEM)YSK-PW-4309_4446_1336_1337_4321_4322_4323_1451 2) Requested FY: 26 3) Supported Customer: CFAY 4) Work Priority: Pri-3 1. Scope of Work: a. Replace 250mm red pipes with 200 mm pipes (approx 250m) b. Install new 200mm pipe on dark blue line. b. Perform leak test, flushing and disinfection of new water line. c. Restore soil and grass. 2.Reason/Risk/Impact/Justification: The pipes were installed in1974 and they have been deteriorated. 3. Recommendation / Information / Special Requirements: a. DD1391 is required.
