PSPC has a requirement for the provision of equipment, labour, plant, and materials to complete minor dredging work of Class "B" material throughout Western Newfoundland and Southern Labrador on an as and when requested basis.
It is PSPC’s intention to authorize up to 3 standing offers on the basis of Right of First Refusal. Duration: 1 year with 1 optional year.
Enquiries: All enquiries are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority using the Messages function in SAP Ariba and must be received no less than 5 days prior to the closing date.
General Information: The estimated cost of this procurement is between $500,001 to $1,000,000. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated. The RFSO issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
