Notice of Intent to Sole Source CSOSA eAgent License Subscription and Application Support This is a notice of intent to sole source for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) eAgent License Subscription and Application Support. The CSOSA intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one source is reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. The CSOSA anticipates the award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Diverse Computing, Inc., Tallahassee, FL. The CSOSA has a requirement for annual license subscription and application support of eAgent. eAgent allows CSOSA to send and receive messages to/from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's National Crime Information Center (NCIC), specifically with NCIC-Supervised Release (NCIC-SR), NCIC-National Sex Offender Registry (NCIC-NSOR), and the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). The anticipated period of performance is 1(one) 12-month base period plus 4(four) 12-month option periods, from June 23, 2024, through June 22, 2029. It is anticipated a firmed fixed price Purchase Order. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Colin Lee, at Colin.Lee@csosa.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
