The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 EAP-12012A Thermal Batteries This requirement is sole sourced to Eagle Picher Technologies, 1215 West C Street Joplin/ MO 64801 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to Eagle Picture batteries are manufactured for our system and has done an extensive testing process to meet our strict standards for safety and efficiency, which ultimately contributes to the seamless operation of our systems. No other manufactures have been tested and approved yet for our system.
