The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development to Kenya (USAID/Kenya), is seeking proposals from qualified companies and organizations interested in providing construction services described in the attached solicitation. USAID plans to award between two and four, 5-year multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract (IDIQs) for design and construction services. The cumulative estimated value of all of the task orders to be issued under all IDIQs shall not exceed $210,000,00, with no single awardee receiving more than $75,000,000. Based on the questions and subsequent answers, USAID has made several changes to the RFP. The new closing date is now 0800 Nairobi time, August 8, 2013. This request in no way obligates the USAID to award a contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of your proposal. USAID encourages the participation of small businesses in this procurement. We look forward to receiving and reviewing your proposals.
