Stage 1 – Pre-Qualification of ContractorsEstablish a list of pre-qualified contractors (the “Pre-Qualified Contractors”) who are eligible to participate in Stage 2 of the process.Stage 2 – Competitive Procurement ProcessInvite the Pre-Qualified Contractors to participate in a formal competitive process for the provision of the Deliverables.Only contractors who were pre-qualified through the City’s RFSQ 2026-21 – Request for Supplier Qualifications for Construction of East Side Employment Lands Pumping Station will be eligible to submit a bid.
