This Opportunity is only for the qualified contractors that submitted a successful response during a recent Invitation to Qualify process that was publicly posted on SAP Ariba for all those interested. Work under this Contract includes clearing and grubbing existing land which involves removing stumps, topsoil, soft soils down to a solid ground and rebuilding the ground back up to finish grades with engineered fill, complete with drainage grading of new surfaces of concrete pads and asphalt. Also includes installing underground utilities and constructing concrete foundations for a new fire school simulator and training office building. Project also includes all electrical and mechanical work required.
