This announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Washington, DC. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2). The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) intends to award a sole source contract under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) to EBRI Education and Research Fund 1100 13th Street NW 878 Washington, DC 20005-4058 for CFPB Financial Wellbeing Research Center Partnership. The contract will consist of a base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods to be procured on a Firm Fixed Price basis. This non-profit, non-advocacy platform will allow the CFPB to engage with employee benefit consulting firms, service providers in the employee benefits markets, large U.S. employers (both public and private), labor unions, and trade associations in advancing mutual understanding of opportunities to support financial well-being in the workplace. Collaborating with a range of public and private entities interested in furthering this work through participation in the Center offers a highly efficient and cost-effective means to pursue research and analysis regarding effective approaches to workplace financial education. No solicitation documents are available, however parties who believe they are capable of fulfilling this requirement are encouraged to submit a statement of capabilities to Contracting Officer Catherine Palmer by email at Catherine.palmer@cfpb.gov . The Government will not pay for any information received and the information will only be used by the Government in considering whether or not to conduct a competitive acquisition.
