This contract is a total small business set-aside focusing on the supply of approximately 35 different Christian ecclesiastical furniture items to support Christian and Catholic chaplains across all military services. The contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) agreement with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The estimated annual value totals around $80,000 with a guaranteed minimum of 10% of this amount, and the total contract value will not exceed $3.5 million. Delivery is expected within 80 days of order, primarily through direct vendor delivery, to various destinations. The government reserves the right to modify the items or request a special one-time order at no additional cost. The contract strictly requires compliance with the Berry Amendment and the Buy American Act, and contractors must have valid registration in SAM.gov with an active government CAGE code. Offers must meet specified salient characteristics to be considered technically acceptable, and award will be made based on the lowest price among technically acceptable offers. The solicitation, which was scheduled for release in February 2016, will be posted electronically on the DLA DIBBS platform, where vendors must register to submit bids. The solicitation includes referenced specifications and standards applicable to the products, and vendors are provided detailed registration instructions and support contacts for assistance with the procurement process.
