The City of Shoreline, Washington (City) is soliciting proposals (RFP) from firms or individuals (Consultant) interested in providing in-lake phosphorus inactivation treatment services and associated water quality monitoring for Echo Lake, consistent with the recommendations of the City's Echo Lake Cyanobacteria Management Plan (LCMP), dated June 28, 2024, prepared by Herrera Environmental Consultants, Inc. and funded in part by a Washington State Department of Ecology Freshwater Algae Program grant (Grant No. WQALG-2023-Shorel-00030).
