the Executive Office of the Governor intends to engage IHS Global as a single‑source vendor for the provision of specialized data, analytics, and industry intelligence services essential to EOG’s operational and strategic activities. IHS Global is the only provider capable of delivering the proprietary datasets, integrated platforms, and domain‑specific analytical tools required to support EOG’s technical, commercial, and regulatory workflows.This single‑source designation is based on IHS Global’s unique capabilities, established industry standards, and the absence of comparable alternatives that meet EOG’s functional, technical, and continuity requirements. The scope of this engagement includes access to IHS Global’s subscription‑based data services, software tools, and related support.This notice is being posted in accordance with State procurement transparency practices and reflects the EOG’s intent to proceed with IHS Global as the selected single‑source supplier for these services.
