Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment for EDA offices and conference room to modernize rooms with 21st century audiovisual services to communicate across the country with internal and external stakeholders. Functional VTC equipment is particularly critical for EDA as staff are spread across the country in EDA's headquarters and 6 regional offices. EDA will purchase the same equipment to be installed in all locations to increase efficiency and establish continuity for communications as well support Continuity of Operations Planning. This is the most cost effective approach to ensure consistent equipment that can be serviced in the same manner, prevent incompatibility issues, and support staff in stakeholder engagements in support of the Secretary's guidance to move grants quickly.
