The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1) with Edgeone LLC, 4 Little Brook Rd, West Wareham, MA 02576-1222, for two (2) EdgeTech 4125P Side Scan Sonar Systems. The EdgeTech 4125P Side Scan Sonar System is a state on the art 600/1600kHz dual frequency side scan system. This system produces ultra-high resolution imagery in all types of aquatic environments. The system has built in heading, pitch, roll, and pressure sensors that increase the accuracy the images created from scanned objects. The unit can be powered with AC or DC adding versatility. A custom built S410 Getac semi rugged 14" laptop was specifically designed to display the high quality package graphics created by the sonar comes as part of the system. A 50m Kevlar tow cable is included.
