Edmonton School Division - Request for Quotes - Divider Curtains, Operable Walls, Basketball Nets - Supply and Install

The Edmonton School Division is seeking qualified suppliers to provide and install divider curtains, operable walls, and basketball nets across its network of over 230 facilities serving approximately 122,000 students. The Division manages maintenance through its Integrated Infrastructure Services and supports site-based management, allowing schools to initiate minor program-based renovations, including upgrades to gym equipment. Suppliers must respond to a request for quotes with the ability to deliver replacement or new equipment on an as-needed basis, covering both motorized roof-mounted and manual fixed-wall basketball goals, as well as divider curtains and operable walls. Evaluation will be based on predefined scoring criteria outlined in Appendix B, with preference given to competitive pricing and technical compliance. The Division intends to select up to two suppliers, offering standing offer contracts to the highest and second-highest scoring respondents, with the top supplier also being awarded the Dickinsfield Gym Divider Curtain project.
