EdPac Copy Paper for Q3

This contract, issued under Solicitation #AP26-019 IFB by the Granite School District in Utah, is a competitive bid process for the procurement of copy paper during four scheduled quarters in 2025 and 2026: December 2025, February 2026, June 2026, and September 2026. Participation is restricted exclusively to vendors who have been pre-qualified through Solicitation #AP26-009 - EdPAC SOQ; all other bids will be rejected. Insurance requirements mandate $1M/$2M Commercial General Liability, $1M Commercial Automobile Liability, and statutory Workers’ Compensation coverage; failure to maintain insurance is a material breach. Subcontracting or assignment requires prior written approval, and all advertising or publicity referencing the District must be pre-approved. Samples may be requested, and failure to deliver conforming goods must be remedied at the Contractor’s expense.
