PWGSC, on behalf of Transport Canada, is issuing this Solicitation of Offers to obtain the services of a Consultant to develop various studies and reports to guide decision-making regarding the future of Transport Canada’s facilities in Chandler. These studies and reports will serve as a basis for developing the recommended intervention on the port structures (wharf, pierhead and approach). The consultant may be called upon, through contractual options, to develop the design, laboratory modeling, production of construction documents (plans and specifications), construction administration and ongoing site inspection services.
