PWGSC, on behalf of Transport Canada, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the refection of the airport building envelope and other works in Eastmain, Quebec, as detailed in the RFP documents. This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (CLCA), the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA), as defined in Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Contracting Policy Notice 1997-8 dated December 10, 1997. https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/22236415
