Eglin Parkway Lift Station Replacement

The project involves replacing the Eglin Parkway Lift Station with a new corrosion-proof polymer concrete precast wet well installed using the caisson method and a tremie pour for the bottom seal. Site preparation includes clearing, grubbing, and implementing erosion and sedimentation controls, followed by excavation for the wet well shaft. The wet well sections will be assembled, sealed with retainer straps and watertight joints, then capped with a tremie pour concrete seal and a secondary pour forming a chamfered bottom. Buoyancy calculations and watertightness testing are required to ensure structural integrity and performance, with backfilling completed afterward. The scope also includes furnishing and installing two 34 HP submersible pumps rated as heavy duty, explosion proof, and non-clog, along with base elbows, stainless steel discharge piping, a guide rail system, and a fully integrated pump control panel.
