Egress Avionics Roof Repair

SYNOPSIS - FA5004-14-B-C008 Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for a roof repair project of the Egress Avionics facility (bldg. 1341) at Eielson AFB. The contractor shall provide all engineering, labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work required, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings at Eielson AFB Alaska. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The solicitation number is FA5004-14-B-C008 and will be made available for download at www.fedbizopps.gov in Summer 2014. This action will have a magnitude value of between $250,000 and $500,000 IAW FAR 36.204(d). This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, with a small business size standard of $14.0M. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). The solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov).
