Eight Column Vehicle Lift

The General Services Administration’s Supply Chain Management Contracting Division is soliciting quotes for a P/N: AP1001321 or equal eight-column vehicle lift under solicitation number 47QSSC-26-Q-0183, which is a total small business set-aside for vendors registered in SAM.gov with NAICS code 336999 and no more than 1,000 employees. The lift must meet strict technical specifications including a minimum lifting height of 69 inches, ANSI/ALI-ALCTV certification, and ISO9001 certification by the manufacturer, and must be constructed of heavy-duty industrial materials suitable for commercial fleet maintenance environments. All proposals must be submitted via email to elisa.saucier@gsa.gov by June 15, 2026, and must include the completed RFQ form and MIL-STD-129 certification form; failure to submit any required document, leave a required field blank, or incompletely fill out clauses will result in immediate disqualification. Vendors must be registered to receive purchase orders through either EDI or the GSA OMS Vendor Portal and maintain a physical U.S. address with an agent, excluding P.O. boxes. The Government requires FOB destination delivery to locations within the Continental United States, with the primary point of performance at Fort Hood, Texas, although specific delivery addresses will be provided on individual purchase orders. All shipments must strictly comply with MIL-STD-129R labeling and marking, including the inclusion of NSN, CAGE code, part number, item description, quantity, contract number, gross weight, proper shipping name, and hazardous material identifiers as applicable, with Military Shipping Labels affixed to all exterior containers and including the ultimate consignee and Transportation Control Number for export shipments. Pricing must include all applicable taxes and duties, with the award to be made on a Low Price Technically Acceptable basis, selecting the lowest-priced offer that meets all technical and administrative requirements. The Government retains the right to inspect, reject, or require correction of nonconforming goods at no additional cost, and the contractor assumes full risk of loss until delivery. Payment terms follow the Prompt Payment Act, invoices must include all required data per 5 CFR 1315.9(b), and records must be retained for three years after final payment.
