AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by June 12, 2026 at 14:00. All bids submitted after 14:00 will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide maintenance services on the Fire Alarm/Fire Protection/Life Safety Systems, to ensure the integrity and uninterrupted performance of the systems located at Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) at 3851 Fallowfield Road in Ottawa. An optional site visit will be held on May 19, 2026 at 10:30AM. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than May 14, 2026 at 2:00PM to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Representatives must wear work boots. Offerors who do not comply will not be permitted to attend the mandatory site visit.
