Elaboration d'une Etude d'Impact Environnemental et Social (EIES) et du Plan d'Action de Réinstallation (PAR) pour l'usine de traitement de l'eau potable dans Bujumbura Sud

The Régie de Production et de Distribution d'Eau et d'Electricité (BWSAP) has awarded a contract to the SHER and ARTELIA consortium to conduct an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP). This project focuses on the development of a drinking water treatment plant located south of Bujumbura, Burundi. The scope of work involves analyzing the potential environmental and social effects of the water plant's construction and operation, while establishing a framework for the resettlement of affected populations. This initiative is managed under solicitation number BI-MINEAGRIE-BCCR PIU-535356-CS-CDS and is linked to broader infrastructure improvements for water supply in the region.
